INSPIRING STUDENTS THROUGH HANDS-ON LEARNING

Hands-on learning by building robots is a fun way to bring STEM to life for kids. Building robots encourages curiosity and sets the stage for kids to investigate real-world issues and develop practical solutions.

At Canopy’s robotics camps this summer, kids created, experimented, made mistakes, reasoned, solved problems, and were immersed in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math).

Students were led by a fun instructor, Rhonda McRae – former elementary technology teacher, Microsoft programmer, and robotics team coach, and assisted by our stellar team of Canopy tutors.

Kids practiced teamwork, innovation, project management, and creativity as they generated ideas to solve problems.

Canopy Scholars have opportunities for hands-on learning experiences because of people like you. Thank you!
